Send an Advance Shipment Notice
Before your goods leave your supplier or current location, you (or they) send us an ASN through our portal or via EDI. We schedule a dock time, prep a receiving team, and have a location plan ready when the truck arrives.
Pre-Scheduled ReceivingReceive, Count & Inspect
Your shipment arrives. Our team offloads, counts every unit against the ASN, and inspects for damage or discrepancy. If something's off, you get a photo-documented exception report within the same business day.
Quality DocumentedBarcode, Locate & Put Away
Every SKU gets labeled (if not already), scanned into our WMS, and assigned a permanent location. From this point forward, every movement is tracked — picks, replenishments, transfers, cycle counts.
WMS TrackedStore & Monitor
Your inventory sits in its assigned location, monitored continuously. You can log in at any time for live unit counts, velocity data, and aging reports. Low-stock alerts fire automatically at your defined thresholds.
