FIFO / FEFO Inventory Rotation
First-In-First-Out or First-Expired-First-Out — your call, applied consistently. We pick from the oldest or soonest-expiring lot first, every time. No unit gets buried and forgotten while a newer lot ships.
Lot & Batch Number Tracking
Every inbound lot is logged with its lot number, manufacture date, and expiration date at receiving. Picks are tracked to the lot level — so you always know which lot went to which customer, and recalls (if they ever happen) are surgical, not catastrophic.
Expiration Date Management
We set configurable expiration thresholds per SKU — if a unit has fewer than X days of shelf life remaining, it's flagged and quarantined before it ships. You define the threshold; we enforce it automatically.
Climate-Aware Storage
Supplements stored in conditions appropriate for your product profile — ambient, climate-controlled, humidity-managed. We'll confirm compatibility during onboarding based on your product's storage requirements.
Compliance Documentation
Certificate of Analysis documentation tracked per lot, storage condition logs available for audit, and lot-level ship records maintained. If a compliance question ever arises, your documentation is ready.

Inbound Lot Received & Logged
Your inventory arrives at our facility. Every inbound shipment is received against your PO, counted by lot number, and logged with manufacture date and expiration date. Discrepancies are documented before the lot is put away.
Lot-Level ReceivingStored by Lot in Designated Location
Each lot is assigned its own storage location, separate from other lots of the same SKU. This prevents commingling and ensures FIFO/FEFO rotation works as designed — not as an approximation.
Lot-Isolated StorageExpiration Date Monitoring
Our system continuously monitors expiration dates across all lots. SKUs approaching your defined threshold are flagged automatically — you receive an alert before any at-risk units could ship, not after a customer complains.
Automated AlertsPick from Correct Lot
When an order comes in, our system directs the pick to the correct lot based on your rotation policy. The associate scans the lot barcode to confirm they've picked from the right location — no manual judgment calls.
